Terms and Conditions with Arabella Florals

Booking Fee

To secure your wedding flowers booking, we require a £200 non-refundable booking fee. This fee is subtracted from your final wedding flowers invoice and confirms your booking with us.

Quotation & Payment

Following your complimentary consultation, a quotation for your wedding flowers' costs will be provided. Quotations are valid for 30 days, allowing you to make adjustments to your order until 30 days before the wedding. A final invoice will be issued one month prior to your wedding, with payment accepted via bank transfer. Full payment is due at least 30 days before your wedding day to ensure timely flower ordering.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation, the booking fee is non-refundable. If unavoidable circumstances lead to our cancellation, such as death or serious family illness, all client payments will be reimbursed. I will make every effort to secure an alternative florist at the client's expense.

Availability of Flowers

Arabella Florals cannot guarantee specific stem types but will strive to accommodate your preferences. If requested flowers or foliage are unavailable or of subpar quality, suitable alternatives will be used that closely match your requirements. All fresh flowers are subject to availability and quality checks.

Photographs

Arabella Florals may take pre-event photographs of the flowers and setting for promotional purposes, including Instagram.

Complaints

Any complaints must be lodged within 24 hours with accompanying photographic evidence.

Terms and Conditions are subject to updates, with minor changes in wording. By paying the booking fee, you agree to any modifications. Major changes will be communicated via email for your approval.
